Sexy Star Trek Cosplay

What is better then Star Trek? Easey: Girls in Trek Uniforms!

From the Deviantart pages comes The.Cosplay.Scion as the engineer girl and Paper.Star as the science officer. The costumes were made by the girl in red.

From Chonastock comes another duo: a “pink-skin” and an andorian officer.

For an alternate universe, UsagiHikaru and her friend Abby designed their science and command uniforms.

Ferris Buller x Matthew Broderick – 26 years later

Side by side comparison of the Honda CR-V commercial and scenes from the classic 80′s movie

During the Super Bowl it was broadcast a very cool car commercial with actor Matthew Broderick, star of the classic movie from 1986 Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. The Honda CR-V commercial is virtually a CTRL-V (“copy”, for those who do not speak “computer”) of some scenes from the movie.

For those who enjoy the movie like me, it’s easy to recognize almost all the references. But it’s still interesting to see this side by side comparison made between the film and commercial (audio from the advertising) to see how many details were kept. There are even some details I confess to have had overlooked, like the red phone.

A tremendous tribute to this movie and a gift to it’s fans!
